What I am doing is putting flavored seltzer, cranberry-lime for example with about 2 tablespoons of cranberry juice with ice in a wine glass, gives my brain the feeling I'm drinking wine as I sip from the wine glass with seltzer.

Just started on Monday. By wed I was down 4 pounds and now I have gained back 2. I need support too, we can do this together. I am logging everything in. I feel I am putting all calories, etc in. So I have no idea. Not giving up. I am excercising every day

I make this recipe too. I add crushed tomatoes to it and chicken. I added up all the ingredients and come up with 118 calories per bowl. It satisfies me for lunch and sometimes I have it for dinner
