  • i eat mango when i crave chocolate as it is nice and sweet and when hungry drink a cup of tea or do a little exercise to try to take mymnd off it. have a look at hairy bikers new recipes they do really great food which isblow calorie you can incorporate these into your diet easily x good luck x
  • you mention quinoa.....now that is a gorgeous food source. i cook it with veg stock for a lunchtime meal and add chicken and pepperz. but cook it with apple juice and serve with half a banana for a fantastic breakfast before a gym workout..yum yum ..ive heard cooking it with milk is also nice but have yet to try that but…
