Thanks, i have kind of stalled in weight loss, but i keep losing the inches. so i am still happy. lost a total 6.75 inches around my waist 6.5 inches around my hips and 3 inches around my neck. I have also put on a pair of jeans last week that i have not worn in 2 years because of my weight. It Felt GREAT.

Portion control was my #1, next i would have to say restaurant food, and finally my love for carbs.

I would agree with MFP overshooting the calories burnt in exercise. Best way to know what YOU are burning is through a HRM. Everyone is different and may exercise at different intensity. Vigorous for some might be moderate for others.

Some people that are overweight and live a sedentary life that change their diet and add exercise they will lose much more in the beginning than maybe others... At least that is what has happened to me at first now i am losing a normal 1.5-2 ibs a week.

If you are looking for fiber I would suggest Flax seed. You only need 1 teaspoon of it to get most of the fiber you need for the day. Google it to see all the benefits. You can mix it in with your breakfast or a fruit smoothie if you don't want it straight up. It is the best fiber out there for the low calories.

As for your first question yes you can eat your exercise calories. Just remember that MFP gives you an estimate of the calories burnt. The diary is public now. The 1610 cal diet is what MFP gave me when I entered all my data and to lose 2 pounds a week. I am not starving or hungry at any time of the day and I have plenty of energy. More than when my daily was around 3000
