  • Wow, great job so far! I am on Week 3 of Phase 1. I have not been weighing in - I am going to wait until the end of each Phase to check in on my progress, but I have noticed I have much more energy and my strength has improved heaps since I started. I'm finding it so motivating to hear how others are going with the program…
  • I started yesterday and am determined to make it through the whole program - always great to have others doing the same thing to keep you motivated!
