Ignore the rude ones! If you don't like the gym then take up walking. It costs nothing and is mentally refereshing. Mmmm that sounds yummy! I like mine with rolled oats, sliced banana and honey plus a tablespoon of chia and nuts mixture. Keeps me full from breakfast till lunch which is around midday or later.!

Yes you can lose weight through healthy food management however your skin and muscle tone will suffer.
