  • I'm 5'4 and I want to be a toned 130lbs.. I think I can achieve this by Jan 2013.. well the weight part, the toned part will take alot longer. I've been in a bikini , even after my 2nd son was born and I want to be there again :) I'll get there!! POSITIVITY IS KEY! I'm 37 but hey that's the new 20's hahaha..
  • non-fat yogurt plain with blueberries, raspberries or blackberries and add plain granola.. Yummy and healthy snack. I usually bring 3 boiled eggs, spinach , cucumbers, carrots and tofu for lunch! or brown rice with veggies.. I alternate days!! I'm not into lean cuisines or those freezer foods.. goodluck and enjoy!

  • lots of veggies, leafy greens, egg whites, nuts, beans and some fruit too.. I am at 15% too . I set it that way ! I feel fine.. :) Everyone is different though so go with how you feel..Good Luck!

  • I love HUMMUS!! nothing to be afraid about! it's really good with whole wheat pita!.. for u to start I would do one that has something else in it.. not plain hummus.. Try the Garlic one or cilantro hummus from Fresh & Easy!! .. let us know if u liked it! :smile:

  • DONT LOSE FAITH! :wink: You need to make sure u eat every few hours to keep ur metabolism going.. that's what I've read anyways.. IT keeps ur body burning calories! as long as ur fueling ur bod with good foods , it will keep burning.. Are u walking and exercising?

  • My personal faves are unsalted almonds, celery & carrots w/ low fat dressing or alone, mountain trail mix from Fresh & Easy, sugar free popsicles, and edamame (the have the frozen bags and you can pop it in the microwave)..:smile: GOOD LUCK...
