Your before and afters are great! You look good. Was gonna say, from personal experience, when I was overweight, my body had to build extra muscle to sling that fat around. So I got a jump start on building muscle. :devil: seeing girls throwing some weights around in the gym is hot too.

I read once that eating light before bed is better for you. That it continues the "more meals a day you eat, the less your body wants to store fat" idea. I've eaten meals before bed, sometimes fruit, sometimes nothing. I haven't noticed any significant change.

I'm still learning, myself. But no calculators are going to fit everyone. Just start somewhere and adjust. Use measurements and mirrors. Not scales. Remember its no short process. So don't get frustrated by expecting daily changes.
