Yes and get me one too, YUM, I have to have pizza at least once a month. Enjoy remember you aren't depriving yourself of food you are making the right choices and sometimes thats the right choice.

I can't say good or bad for weight loss but I had a dietitian tell me that you can only absorb so much protein in one day, so go mild on those shakes.

I am at about 4 meals a week on tuna. Hard to say on that as mercury levels can be bad. I still eat it I like it albacore much better than salmon.

My problem is sodium, I have to keep an eye on that as much as calories.

BMI has always bothered me. I have spoken to Dietitians and Doctors. I don't understand it either but accordign to mine at 6 foot 2 I am to be at 150 pounds for my BMI. I don't get it either. I know what I want to weigh and I am setting my goals for that.

Girl, hang tight, the first week or two are rough, it's a life change. I went 10 day didn't lose a pound. I know though that minus calories plus exercise are the magic formula. I think about what I eat all the time. Stay with it. Best to you.
