I ate TWO oatmeal raisin walnut cookies last night. Those suckers were good. I gave into the temptation, and at first I felt bad, but I see the container sitting on my counter and don't feel the desire to have anymore. I satisfied a craving, it fit into my calorie allowance, no harm, no foul.

I third Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism! Pretty intense workout, for me at least. Also, Bob Harper Ultimate Cardio Body is another *kitten*-kicker. They do use weights, but you can do every exercise on there without them. It's an hour long, lots of squats and lunges, definitely a good calorie burner.

I also have the Polar FT4 and it is freaking amazing! I bought mine locally and paid $90 but I think you can order from Amazon and get it for as low as $60. It shows you your target heart rate zone and notifies if you fall below, so you know if you're getting an effective workout. Also the calorie counter on it is awesome.…

My SO is banned from the bedroom during my workout's. He's one of those types that can't keep their mouth shut. "Squat lower!" "You're not doing it right!" "Put some effort into it!" All this while I'm gasping for air and feeling like my legs are going to give out, lol!
