Don't like this phase at all so far, maybe next week will be better. Yesterday forced myself to have an egg and parsley as an omelete, thought I would disguise it better today with mushroom, red onion - and promptly threw it up. Ok why is there nothing in London? I can't find any sprout grain toast or spelt pasta or wild rice or any of the stuff this diet needs :/

Seeing as we need to eat three times and snack three times a day, how often are you guys eating? When your day starts at 7am it's manageable I imagine, but if you're on holiday/day off/weekend and get up late, how does one manage all the food timings?

I feel really awkward but umm Hi I'm Noor and I'm in denial. However I figured I have nothing to lose so I hope to start this diet tomorrow. Dont have a great track record of committing to diets, but there is always a first time for everything.
