  • Hi, I lost 2lbs my first week (last week) I did 3 workouts. I am struggling a bit with hunger this week but have managed to stay on track so far.. I am on the 1200 calorie allowance but my workouts add about 300 extra calories which is nice. It takes me ages to lose a few pounds so I am happy with the progress this week.…
