carrots. you can get 'baby carrots' which are cut really really small. They are crunchy and sweet, so hopefully will get that urge / craving taken care of!

my weight does that too. I gain several (4 to 6 !) lbs before, and then a few days after starting, it comes off. SOOO not what you want 'those' days before!
