  • im not even working out and the weight is coming off. I think the biggest thing is not eating whatever you want. You are kind of held liable for the stuff you eat. And I think its cool trying to stay under the daily calorie goal. Cutting out sodas and going out to eat everyday really helps.
  • I think you should just keep it an everyday activity and not track it. Anything extra add that.
