Hi Hickory! I grew up in Conover. I was having a hard time making the scale move also. I would lose 2 or 3 pounds then gain them back if I ate 1 meal that wasn't perfect. Right now I am dropping weight because I have a stomach issue and can't eat very many foods. Looking forward to getting back on track in all ways!
