Me too!!! My Jean pants I wear to work now need a belt & are quite loose around my thighs! I'm only Day 4 but WOW, didn't expect change to come that quickly! I'm excited though

I'm still to shred. I had to work in the morning then had to babysit until 4pm (Scotland) so can only shred much later in the evening, which I absolutely hate since evenings are reserved for TV & phone time hehehehe. I also have a question about my weights....They are 2.5lbs each. Does that make them 5lb weights…

This has just motivated me to keep going. I love reading success stories, they just prove that nothing is outwith reach. Well done for completing the 30 Days. It must have been hard when your wife quit coz U didn't have that support U started out with but 15lbs loss!!! Just WOW! Thank U for the inspiration xx

I shred in my living room. I just move my rug the other way & use the bit of space I have. It's actually enough space but I do wish I didn't live in a flat, my neighbours absolutely hate it when I shred too early or late at night..

Just got my 3rd Shred on. Surprisingly, I wasn't nearly as dead as I was 2 days ago. I did sweat and as usual, hated the 3rd strength segment but I felt I wasn't nearly as tired. I guess it does get better as the days go by. Bring on Day 4, I'm ready :-) I'm now off to the gym then work! Hopefully I won't sabotage myself…

But I love the bicycle crunches!!! As for HRM & logging the exercise, I'm not. I just add it in my exercise notes that I've competed it. I don't own a HRM & I hate to overestimate/underestimate what I'm burning doing the shred so I just leave it. I log in my other exercises though since I'm hitting the gym for 90 minutes…

Got my Day 2 on about midday & completed it. I'll still complain of the side lunges with a shoulder raise. I agree that the side lunges should have been in the 1st strength segment (which is my worst BTW). I was almost in tears doing them and they just wouldn't end! Anybody else who absolutely screams doing punches? I sink really low & it absolutely annihilates my soul lol. Worse than Jumping Jacks me thinks ????

I'm done with Day 1. I have to say that the Side Lunges With A Shoulder Raise destroy me. I was dying in those 30 seconds but made it through with plenty of sweat. I'm also following Anita on most of the moves except cardio. Push ups are also a killer but hopefully by the end of the shred I'd have mastered the proper way…

Thanks to everyone who has responded. That definitely puts me at rest since I had gone to bed really hungry thinking that I'd gain weight if I ate anything else after 8pm. Also thanks on the advice about the gym. I normally have 2 pieces of fruit or boiled eggs at least 45 mins before any workout then eat 30 minutes after…

But seriously people, if U log chewing gum, do U also log other mundane physical activities U do such as, swallowed water, emptied the dishwasher, walked to the mailbox? I just think that kinda logging is a bit too rigid! U probably burn more calories chewing the gum than the calories in a piece of gum

I started 30DS yesterday but 5 minutes in I just couldn't do it. I'll attempt again today but I'm struggling. I'm using 5lbs weights. Hope it's not too late to join in..

Breakfast - strawberries, banana + grapes with 0% yoghurt poured over. Lunch - avocado, kidney beans, red bell pepper & spring onion salad. No dressing. This was also served with a wholemeal bread roll just to get that carbs in there.. Dinner - grilled pork steak, spicy fried cabbage & carrot wedges.

Thank U guys for the advice. I was logging oil here and there, in recipes though. I'll try to log my marinades & dressings for a week and see how that affects my diary. Good luck everyone :-)
