These goals are quite like mine. I’m also avoiding sweet treats and eating out till about Christmas, with the exception of a Girls Night Out in November. So far I’ve done well and when I haven’t, like last Saturday, I just accounted for it in my diary. I got rid of all my size 16/LARGE and a lot of 14s to motivate me to…

To fit into these cute black jeans I purchased for a girls night out mid November. They are a bit tight at the waist and uncomfortable so that’s my main mini goal at the moment. The other is to break Onderland by December 31st! I started working towards this last week in Sept and I’m pushing really hard :)

Hi guys. I'm new to the group! I'm just getting back into running outside again after haphazardly using the treadmill. Today was my first day outside and managed to do 6.5 miles at a 10:40 pace! I'm 223lbs so quite heavy but I'm so excited that I didn't feel tired and could have kept going.... Hoping to set a 20 mile…

Thank you guys for all responses. Is it OK for me to screen grab some of these to send to my sister as she is not on MFP? The weather in Scotland is terrible ATM to run outside so the most I can do is an indoor track and the gym, might be a few weeks of that too since there's a storm coming etc. @lporter229 What you said…

I love avocado and I eat one every other day with breakfast or in a salad. I think as long as it fits in with your daily calorie/macro goals then it's fine. They are calorie dense though but I find them filling. The ones I buy from Waitrose are roughly 240 calories each or 150g weighed! Avocados are life!!

Thank you everyone for your input. I have spoken to my PT and he has confirmed that he is using the TDEE method, also because my work-outs are quite vigorous (2x of strength and 3-4 days cardio) so I need to be properly fueled to sustain this. He also mirrored what everyone on here has said that slow and steady is better…

I've been very consistent since posting and have been hitting the gym everyday since. I normally just go for Spin Class or Circuits then tag along to whatever class follows that. I've also been really good with my walking. I walk 2.3 miles to the gym and another 2.3 back home so I'm quite pleased with that. Today I also…
