I would like to book myself a holiday once I hit my goal weight of 150lbs. This is a promise I made to myself and I plan on sticking with it. I'm currently at 211lbs and for every 20lbs lost, I'm doing something special, maybe a HRM at 190lbs. A new purse at 170lbs and my holiday at 150lbs xx

I'm in. My starting weight 2 years ago was 211. I managed to drop to about 185lbs on here by healthy eating and exercise but the weight has crept back up again to 217lbs. I've tasted onderland before, I want it again! Feel free to add me.

I log everything as individual items in my food diary. I don't log spices though. I mostly ignore serving sizes if I'm logging food items in a recipe as individuals but like everyone said, using the recipe builder is a much better option.
