you can either just go with the 1st weight, or do like me, I will step on it twice, if the weights are the same, I use that one LOL. . if it's different, I step on a third and take whichever one i get twice LOL

I'm having the opposite problem, losing weight but don't seem to be losing inches :P at least, the waist/neck/hips inches, cuz the pants are looser :P

I've got more to lose than you, and I do it in baby steps Don't worry about the exercising right now, worry about eating better. Don't worry about huge jumps. Even if you don't eat perfect, take one part of your diet and master it, before moving on to another. Soo, say that you eat a lot of chips. .. say this is the week…

I don';t eat a lot of veggies(and can't stand spinach, cauliflower, brocoli, squash LOL), and with the price of both it and fruit, it makes it hard. ditto I didn't realise until I started doing MFP that my roommate who does 90% of the cooking, would cook 1+ pound of meat to split between three of us. Most days now, I cut dinner in half and take half to work the next day(unless my calories are low enough for the day that I need the extra push).

ROFL!!!!!!!! I love this I dropped from 6-10 cans of diet coke a day(just to get thru work, weekends I'd get headaches from withdrawal) to 2 a day. . .I need it to get thru my mornings, after that, I drink water :)
