ROFL, just bought it. . .I burn those calories and more some weekends, so why not reward myself(and my dogs, who usually get half a mcdouble with me anyway LOL)

i solve the problem usually by giving the dog half the burger :)

may work for you,b ut I say everything in moderation. . if you want that big mac, make sure you work out :) I will reward myself with one fast food meal on the weekends whenI'm walking all day :) It's better than the 5-6 days a week, sometimes 2 times a week i was doing a year ago :)

I really don't tend to eat as much munchies on the weekend, this weekend was horrid with the holiday, but normally i'm under calories even with low balling the burn from walking for 6 hrs. Monday/Tuesday are horrid, then the rest of the week is easy as pie. . .it's just frustrating LOL

i tend to be way busier on the weekends than during the weekdays, so you may be right

unfortunately my favorite place to eat doesn't have their calories posted(Stoneyriver), it's not bad on most things, but their omg so delicious little poppyseed rolls I'd really like to knwo the calories on. .. we've been hitting outback & macaroni grill, but I'm one who believes in not forcing yourself to eat miserably…

not running, as with my knee, can't do much but alternate short bouts of jogging with long bouts of walking, but since it got warm enough to walk, hate thought of going back to the bike :)
