I gave up, cuz the weight was coming off, but I didn't see anyd difference in measuring. . I know I've lost inches, so I know i have to be measuring wrong LOL. .

Hugs. . I know i've lost weight, but when I see pics of myself, I still want to cry and can't see the weight difference. . I know my pants have gone down from a 22-24 to a 16-18, but when I still avoid looking at myself in the mirror. . .so I so understand

I've been good with the chocolate, it's the lay's tater chips that's been my downfall. . not going to throw them out(waste of money), but once the bag goes, I'm buying smaller snack bags, and bringone a day to work, and no more. . .::SIGH:

I breed, race, course, do obedience and show Borzoi(Russian wolfhounds, a few photos can be found on my profile), I dabble with photography, writing, and love hiking with my hounds :)

I <3 cottage cheese. . I will slice up tomatos and plop some on with some pepper and/or dressing, or add it to my salads, can eat it on cucumbers or even pears :)

Garden, hiking, I sit on the exercise bike with a book and if it's a good book,I can easily do 45-50 mins without realising it.

I would think you'd have to worry, since yesterday you only ate 647 calories worth of food and exercised for 600. .. I'd look at the Atkins diet if you want to eat fewer carbs.. more meat, bacon with your breakfast maybe? Bigger servings of meet with your owher meals

I had the same problem with a friend who was pushing her atkins diet on me. . . I eat what I want to eat, in moderation. . and yeah, seeing the "You shouldn't eat meat", "You shouldn't eat processed foods", "you should only eat THIS" drives me nuts

I love the green giants steamed veggies :) I love fresh veggies, but never eat them fast enough before they start going bad :P

ROFL, I'm looking at some window units now for just that reason, I've also biked 600 miles since 2/9/11(and that's not biking every day either!) and I'd rather not break the habit!
