  • are you eating 90gms of protein a day? that is a lot for one day. If not you should be fine. I dont' think it's bad to even go over this amount as long as they are good lean proteins and not fatty ones. But since your taking in so much protein make sure your drinking enough water and def a multi vitamin.
  • I do Zumba and Zumba toning. In regulare Zumba (depending on the instructor) You can burn up to 750 cals an hour. In Zumba toning up to 1200. In the classes I take we've had ppl w monitors and it depends on your level of participation, etc. I love it. MY favorite workout, do it 3xs a week.
