  • My cousin in law did last year, got VERY ill, was in the hospital for a week and a half, and has had to take meds since to keep her 'healthy' so I would NOT recommend. Hard work goes a long way. No pain, no gain. =) Good Luck.
  • Vitamix is $500, I would personally try a Ninja. Much more reasonable, 1-2 hundred depending on model.
  • Ok, well, more than likely you need to eat more. I burn between 600-1300 a day. You have to consume more when you burn more. Sounds funny but it's the truth. I am eating between 1300-2000 calories a day.

  • I have what I want within moderation still. I always try to have a veggie and some fruit with it, but sometimes it doesn't happen.   • You need more calories! You sound VERY similar to me, where I started, etc. I am burning between 600-1300 calories a day. I have upped my caloric intake and what do you know?
