I try and weigh in (at weightwatchers) once per week but sometimes it gets hard so I sneak a peek at the scale, mostly for my own amusement.

^^^ this, I think about whenever I have a huge craving for pasta and I eat normally all day and then suddenly make a box of spaghetti or ziti and eat the entire thing, regardless of how many cals it is, for me I think that's a binge. It's whenever I feel out of control with my eating and I feel disgusting afterwards.…

Welp I'm on zoloft and have told my doctor in the past that I feel really bloated and my weight has stayed about the same. I'm definitely reading everything your saying and taking it to heart. I know you have to wean yourself off of it so I'm going to my doctor because this is ridiculous that this has happened to so many…

I so relate to this. It's so hard sometimes to say no to your friends who have been your drinking buddies and going-out-to-eat buddies for so long!!! To the OP though, you just have to keep doing you and the rest will fall into place :)

Congrats on your time and effort!! I just recently started using mfp again and I know that for me I'm just trying to do the best that I can :) Sure some days I eat healthier than others but the majority of the days I've been back have been great

I knew what you meant girl! And I actually have a 1 liter water bottle so I tend to try and just aim for drinking four of those. I never really track my water on here but I might start because of your post! That would give me about 16/17 cups per day!!! :)
