Muscle building is definately a way to reduce the appearance of cellulite. I have been running and I've lost 6 inches off my hips and I notice my legs look a lot smoother. I also see mucsle definition which is very cool! Just keep at it :) You can do it!

Measuring yourself helps immensly when you see those numbers flucuate. I had a couple of weeks where I didn't lose or gained a small amount but I lost inches. That helped keep me motivated. And they're right, go by how you feel. Keep up the great work!!!

You can do it! Just think about how you'll feel after!!!! Share what you're doing with her too. My daughter is 10 and she knows I am trying to get healthy and it keeps me accountable to my promise to show her I can set a goal and keep it. Have fun!!!!!! lol... I also might sneak some healthy rice cakes or something crunchy…

I use the app on my phone and really track every calorie. It holds me accountable and if I have a day I go over it helps me get up early the next day and work out even if it's for 15-30 minutes before work. Also try keeping a picture of him on mirrors and in your purse as motivation. Visualizing your goal REALLY helps!
