  • Muscle building is definately a way to reduce the appearance of cellulite. I have been running and I've lost 6 inches off my hips and I notice my legs look a lot smoother. I also see mucsle definition which is very cool! Just keep at it :) You can do it!
  • Measuring yourself helps immensly when you see those numbers flucuate. I had a couple of weeks where I didn't lose or gained a small amount but I lost inches. That helped keep me motivated. And they're right, go by how you feel. Keep up the great work!!!
  • You can do it! Just think about how you'll feel after!!!! Share what you're doing with her too. My daughter is 10 and she knows I am trying to get healthy and it keeps me accountable to my promise to show her I can set a goal and keep it. Have fun!!!!!! lol... I also might sneak some healthy rice cakes or something crunchy…
  • I went a bit and didn't lose, until I measured myself. make sure you are keeping track of measurements, sometime inches are as incouraging as pounds!
  • Congrats!!!!!! It is awesome when you get rewarded for your hard work. Makes it easier to keep up the hard work!!!!
  • I use the app on my phone and really track every calorie. It holds me accountable and if I have a day I go over it helps me get up early the next day and work out even if it's for 15-30 minutes before work. Also try keeping a picture of him on mirrors and in your purse as motivation. Visualizing your goal REALLY helps!
