I've done the "Lean for Life" plan which calls for keeping your carbs under 100g per day... Try tuna, string cheese, cottage cheese, lean meats, spinach and other low carb veggies.

I recently tried Chobani greek yogurt. Is has a much stronger taste than low fat yogurts, but lots more protein. I guess it depends on your tastes, but I like it.
