Machines are pretty good, especially if you are entering your age and weight. I have noticed a huge difference in circuit training, which I use for HIIT videos. MFP gave me 190 for 20 minutes, while my HRM has ranged from 180-280 all depending on how hard I was pushing through the workout.

Search ZIGZAG diet. The principal is that your total calories for the week remain constant, but daily calories have highs and lows. Its supposed to help you get through plateaus. I think generally you don't want your daily intake to be less than 1200 though.

Bump. Chicken breast goes in uncooked?

I also suggest more protein. I sit at a desk all day and know how long the day can seem. Light string cheese, low-fat cottage cheese, and greek yogurt and all good protein snacks that will help you feel full. I always have protein at breakfast, try a protein shake mixed with fruit or add protein powder to your oatmeal as…

Bump! Anyone try substituting whole wheat pastry flour and splenda?

I've been drinking EAS Whey Protein for several months. No problems. Sorry to hear about your headache.

Its delicious! Sort of the flavor of a potato, but crisp & juicy like an apple. Cut it into strips and dip it. I love it w/guacamole (in moderation of course).

dried green beans? I just tried them and what a great snack! Check a Trader Joe's.

Wendy's half-size Pecan Chicken Salad or BLT Cobb salad aren't too bad on calories and I find them filling. How about Subway? I agree with other posters, bring some snacks... nuts, string cheese, fruit. Good luck!

Leftovers from the healthy dinner I made the night before

WTG!! You look 15 years younger! Your persistence is an inspiration. Thanks!

Agree with Kashi Go Lean Crunch. Calories seem high, but with all the fiber & protein it'll keep you full until snack time!

Definitely do it! I'm on Day 15 and its a great all over body workout. Great calorie burn in only 20 minutes as well. SW 160, GW 138. I definitely feel stronger, but haven't done a measurement to see inches lost yet. As for cals burned. It really varies on how hard you push your self. At first I logged it as circuit…

I'm on Day 8 and just started Level 2. Stick with it! It will become more manageable, doubt that it will ever be easy though...

Check out http://www.zilchmixers.com/ Sugar-free margarita & daiquiri mix. I haven't tried it yet, but my order is on the way... Individual packets so you can order rum on the rocks and just add the mix, so it says... I'll keep you posted!

I'm on Day 8 and just started Level 2. From my understanding, you only do one 20 minute circuit per day. Start at Level 1 and when you feel comfortable move up to the next level. Good luck!

I have a protein shake in the car each morning. Try a whey protein powder and mix with water and one of these: 1/2c frozen strawberries + 1/2 banana 1/2 mixed berries 2 Tbs crushed pineapple + tsp coconut extract (pina colada) 2 oz limeade concentrate + tsp vanilla (key lime pie) or chocolate protein powder and 1Tbs natual…

My trainer just told me the same thing this weekend. I would typically do 30 mins of cardio to warmup and get sweating and then move to weights. Time to flip around my routine!
-
BLACKHAWKS! 20 more mins and let's see if their still in it...

I started at 160 and it was slow. I've focused on drinking ALL my water and eating small meals 5-6 times per day, so now I'm starting to see 1lb losses every week. Good luck!
