30 Day Shred Help??

So, i borrowed the dvd, from a friend who never actually used it and it's like i'm missing instructions.. i understand the fact of starting at level 1.. then after a while to 2 and eventually to 3.. also you're obviously supposed to do it every day.. BUT, what exactly??
Are you supposed to do all three of the circuits of one level each day? Or only one of them? And then the next day a different circuit to change it up?
What works best?

You have to do as far as I know for 10 days the 1st, after the 2nd for another 10 days and the 3rd part for the last 10 days I am on day 3 now )) Good luck0

You need to do all of workout 1 (that means all three circuits) per day. When you are ready move on the workout 2 and then workout 3. Ideally, you should be doing each workout for ten days, but I have heard some people stay on each workout longer and still get results. I am on workout 2 now, I did workout 1 for ten days, I can see a difference in my body already.0

Each level contains a 20-minute workout based on Jillian's exclusive 3-2-1 Strength/Cardio/Ab training circuit: three minutes of strength, two minutes of cardio and one minute of ab work. There's also a brief warm-up session and a cool-down stretch. Do all of Level 1 every day until you feel capable of tackling Level 2. And do the same with Level 2 until you fell you can move on to Level 3.0

I'm on Day 8 and just started Level 2. From my understanding, you only do one 20 minute circuit per day. Start at Level 1 and when you feel comfortable move up to the next level.

Ok thanks! I'll get started very soon.. i know i may not be able to do it every day, but i'm definitely going to try.. if i end up missing a day here or there i'm sure it'll still work, even if it's a bit less.0

The general way to do it is do all of level 1 for 10 days, all of level 2 for 10 days, then all of level 3 for 10 days.
If you want to get creative, you can do a lot of things with it. I like to do Level 1 and Level 3 together for a longer workout. It's nice because each section of it is a 'full' workout, so you can also just pop it in on days that you want to switch up another routine or don't feel like going to the gym.0 -

I do only level one, but I am doing TurboFire as well right after I finish with 30DS If you still have energy to do the 2nd level after finishing the 1st I think there is nothing wrong with it so you can go for it. I workout everyday !0
