  • HI there! I am almost done with week 3, and am down 3 lbs. I love it, even though the lbs are not dropping quickly I can see a big change with my fitness level, and inches all over :) How long have you been doing it for?
  • I put on my favorite pair of jeans with no muffin top or belly bulge sticking out! I tried to wear them 2 weeks ago and let's just say it wasn't pretty :) That's when I decided to get serious about reclaiming my body! I haven't lost weight yet, but I'm starting to see the results.
  • I am doing to Insanity workout program, and it is REALLY hard! I can't keep up with a lot of it, but it makes me feel like I really got my butt kicked, and it is usually only 30-45 minutes with warm and cool down.

  • I did the exact same thing yesterday!! It is frustrating when you work hard and eat right and don't feel like you are getting anywhere for it. I figure I will just follow the saying "fake it 'till you make it", and even though I feel awful a cute outfit can brighten my mood :)
