Hi, I'm back for my second month. I find this group helps keep me accountable. My green goal is 30 and my blue goal is 20. I prefer drinking tea or coffee, so this will really challenge me to drink water. Good luck everyone

I walk with a group of friends/neighbours week days and we usually walk about 2 miles around the neighbourhood. On the weekend I tend to use the treadmill.

I just finished reading a novel by Ann Patchett - "Bel Canto", which is on my book club's reading list. It took me out of my comfort zone and I found it on the harder side to read. Having said that, I did enjoy it and would recommend it.
