Like Lexi731 said - the only way to prove you have Hashimoto's is a blood test for antibodies. Is there a reason you can't have that done? It's the only way to know for sure and if you do have it, and the symptoms etc are severe enough, your endocrinologist should be able to prescribe treatment. I struggled for a long time…
