How much protein you get everyday? I consume 2000 calories each day, doing 40/40/20 split so about 200g of protein and I cant even hit it despite how much i try lol. I actually hate yoga more than cardio because my knees are weak. when I do some of the stances like warrior stance my legs actually tremble lol.

i use kaizen whey isolate, 41g serving with 35g of protein. mostly cuz its cheap $38 for 4.4 Lbs on sale Costco =) I dump it with milk, smoothies, or mix it with cottage cheese for some flavor

I am sticking more with patience than motivation. Basically i dont expect anything in the short-term and I dont think too much about it either. slowly it is becoming a part of my daily routine where if I dont workout and diet I feel like something i forgot to do something.

I do the p90x yoga. If i stick with it for like 40min, which is almost impossible for me unless i am jacked on caffeine, i lose about 246 calories. not nearly as much as running but more like stretching and endurance i guess.
