  • Day 8 Level 1 complete. Should be day 9 but I took a day off after day 6. I think I will take one day off every week the rest day was needed!:happy:
  • Day 6 completed. Also did Day 1 of wk 2 of the C25k prog. Hoping after tomorrow(last day of school-I'm a teacher) I will be able to get it in earlier because I don't like this evening excersise crap! lol
  • Level 1, Day 5 complete. I need to start working it in earlier in the day because by 9pm I shot as is... but I did it!!
  • I did day 4 today. I wasn't too sore after the first day but after that yes and I am still sore. I am also doing the C25k and walking on the off days! I like having a group of ppl doing the same thing!
  • I started this on Friday. I do have to modify some stuff to make it easier for me. The main 2 things are the jumping jacks and the butt kicks. Which she does say 400 lb ppl can do but this 200 lb person is not up to yet. I don't want to dislocate my knee again or it will be back to doing nothing! Day 4 will be today! Abs…
