4 Days going strong!!!! Not weighing in every hour has motivated me to work harder so I get amazing results in March!

So it's been A DAY and the scale is sitting in the middle of the kitchen haunting me. I guess it will prevent me from snacking all day long... having to pass by the haunting scale every time. Only 26 days left lets do it ladies

I will try I am definitely that person that gets on the scale a thousand times a day for unknown reasons. Maybe hiding it will be my best option. But lets do it to it!!!!!

Its technically not the same even though tea is made of water because tea has additives in it that water does not have. Tea does have health benefits but it also has negatives where as water has no negative effects on the body.

I really like the my fitness coach. Cardio burns a lot of calories and you don't have to worry about where the controller is pointing because you don't use it.

I have been using my wii fit. It works great. I'm sure a work out video could work too. Get one that is entertaining to you and it will help you stay motivated!! Good Luck..
