I still enjoy some of the "junk" too...except I limit it to weekends and since I'm now counting calories they will be a part of my allowed number.

Some awesome tips there!! I've found portion control and calorie counting to be great so far. None of those other crazy fad diets every worked for me.

I am a 30 year old mom of one daughter with over 100 lbs to lose - so very similar goals! :) So far in two weeks I'm down 17 lbs so I know it can be done! :)
