Thanks everyone. We are feeling super blessed right now. I appreciate all your encouraging words and congratulations. I will certainly keep everyone informed on our progress! :)

I am due February 12th. When are you due?

I'd been told it was a factor but never really let it sink in. I guess I was in denial. But sure enough it works!

Here you go...this is after losing 32 lbs.

My husband and I are on the journey together. We have tried separately in the past and failed so this time we decided to do it together. So on January 7th we both set our minds on getting healthy. Although our eating habits are completely opposite (he's doing low carb, I'm counting calories) we work out together every day…

Great victories!

So far an average two year old and two Chihuahuas (35 lbs total) Love this!

Really no secrets to this...counting calories and exercise. That's it. I've cut out all pop and deep fried foods. I eat everything else in moderation (I still have chips, sweets, etc...but all in moderation and it all gets counted in my calories). Good luck everyone, I know you've probably all heard it before, but trust…

My goal is to lose 105 lbs (not to weigh 105 lbs)...guess I wasn't very specific there. When I lose the 105 lbs I will still be farrrr from weighing 105! :)
-
Thanks everyone...it does feel good to know I can do it!
-
Amazing progress!! You are an inspiration.

Finally got around to getting a face comparison pic... Here it is...-31 lbs
-
I've still got a long way to go, but this is my progress so far... Currently down 31 lbs since January 7th.

My husband and I are on this journey together. We are very supportive of each other. We work out together every day. The only difference is that we eat completely different - he is doing no/low carb and I am counting calories but we don't criticize each others food choices. We cheer each other on when we lose weight or…

I have to admit that I weigh every day (I'm trying to stop), but since last Friday I am down 3 lbs. :)
-
That's exciting! Good for you!
-
WOW...that is an amazing difference.

This might sound completely crazy but it has helped me with my late night cravings (not hunger - when I'm hungry I have a healthy snack). But if it's just a craving I brush my teeth - weird - maybe, but it's worked for me. When I get the feeling that I'd like to have something I shouldn't late at night I brush and floss my…

It sounds to me like you are doing everything right. This is a big loss, allow yourself time to grieve. Don't put too much pressure on yourself. Let yourself cry, be mad, scream if you have too...but then counter it with something healthy, go for a walk, do a workout video, etc. It's ok to feel down over this for a time,…

Great job - keep it up! The change is very noticeable already!

This is me...if I've had a bad day or a fight (which thankfully is pretty rare) the last thing I want to do is eat. I can easily go the whole day and not put a thing in my mouth when I am emotionally stressed. Hope things get better for you soon.

I'm still here - working hard at being healthy and trying to lose weight. 22 lbs down since Jan 4th. I'll take that!
-
Thanks for asking this question. I have 105 to lose for my (first) goal. All these tips are very helpful. So awesome to see that it can be done!
-
You are in inspiration to me. I hope that my story will be very similar to yours in two years!
-
That's awesome!!! I love the positivity.
-
You're an inspiration! Good for you!!!
-
I lost 60 lbs using one a few years ago. I gained it all back and more, but that wasn't the gazelle's fault!
-
Since January 7th I've lost 21.4 lbs...and I couldn't be happier!
-
Absolutely incredible. I hope that in a year I can write a similar story (or longer if it takes it). You are an inspiration!!!

Thanks! :)
