I make a salmon pasta which is quite yum. Just cook the salmon to your liking and break it up into small pieces. Boil up pasta. Of your choice. For the "sauce" just mix olive oil and lemon juice in a jar with some parsley... Shake it up and mix it through the salmon and pasta :)

I think it is the normal metformin ... But I'll have to double check it. Thanks everyone for your replies! It's been so helpful to get advise from people going through the same think. Unfortunately my gyno never gave me any advise about this so nice to read about what others are doing to try and combat this. I think losing the weight seems to be the way to go with this for me :)
