I usually do once per week, unless i'm feeling very good about my progress. Any more and I'm obsessing.

I just satisfied a craving AND kept the calories as minimal as possible. 10 Utz pretzel sticks and Wegmans brand chocolate-hazelnut spread (probably less than the 2 tbsp they said). Small snack, met the sweet/salty I was craving, and kept it low.

FYI - not only am I earning cash for my workouts on GymPact, I just realized I can connect it to MyFitnessPal and make a few bucks for logging my meals! Now, how's THAT for incentive?
