  • I know what you mean. I’ve lost 3 stone now and want to loose another stone but my motivation is low. I’ve managed to maintain for a month but would really like to loose the remainder.   • hi there ive been vegetarian for 31 years now but with a laps of a few years where I did eat fish. I,m back on the straight and narrow again now. I couldn't imagine ever eating meat again.
