Did my 35 squats and lateral arm raises at the same time...feelin it? My goal weight is flexible...I think I would be happy around 130-135. I'm 5'4".

I was livingnoutside toronto then and was at home with my 1 month old daughter when it came on the tv. My family was living ouside D.C. and I couldn't reach them...they were told to stay off the phones. A terrible day for America and the world.

Walked for over an hour this morning, came come and did a major speed clean for 40 minutes and then did my 25 squats. Hope everyone has a great day.

Did my 20 squats after my morning walk. Sounds like everyone is having great dinners tonight...I'll be having homemade lentil soupwith cucumber and tomato salad

I'm a stay at home mom and I'd like to lose about 40 lbs. I've done other exercise challenges before, but they changed around too much that I couldn't keep the day straight. This one is straightforward-love it! Thanks.

Reached my mini goals for today...took 2 nice walks (2+hrs) and only drank water and black tea. Oh! I also ate lots of fresh veggies. hope everyone is meeting their gols too!:happy:

My goals for today were to walk for a hour and a half and to not drink any soda or sugary drinks. I walkef for 2 hrs and only drank water and tea (black). Glad to see everyone setting goals and striving to reach them. Yay for us!

For me it's more about size than weight. I need to lose weight for sure, but I don't have an exact number that i need to see on the scale.

It doesn't matter how much time you have invested in the relationship or that you might hurt his feelings. He is not right for you and you are not right for him, just be happy that you realised it now and not 10 years down the road. It is your life, but if it were me, I'd end it before he does propose. I think the problem isn't that she is jealous of you weight loss, but rather the strippers you'd be walking with. Why not start walking with her instead? Or start another walking club that wouldn't wreck your marriage.

I'd like to be in a size 6 or an 8 (US sizing). I am in a 10 now and figure I need to lose another 10 or 15 lbs, which would put me at 130-135.

I usually add fresh pears or apples cut up into tiny pieces. I see now that I have really been missing out; love the ideas.
