Some of these responses are killing me. I have never heard so many creative descriptopns for gas! Despite the side effects, I love the new 90 calorie lemon bar/cookie. I agree that you should probably stick to just one.

Brazil and macadamia nuts are my favorites, then pistachios and walnuts. I really can't think one I really don't like. Pecans I like the least.

Oatmeal too mushy Mushrooms tomatoes , only small grape tomatoes cut up in salad only. and cooked red beets, don't mind them raw...wierd I know.

Got my 90 in first thing this morning! I like to get mine all done in one sitting too.

Got mixed up on how many we were up to and did 90! I also took an hour walk, mowed the lawn, and did an hour of gardening. I like to be outside, but I haven't started doing my squats out there...yet.

Did my 75 today and added 5 lb weights, only did 40 with the weights though. I'll have to think about a good recipe. Hard to compete with the ones already posted...yum!

I usually don't say anything even if I haven't seen the person in a while for fear that they are ill. This started after mentioning it and being told that "cancer is really helping my waistline, but it's not good for much else". People are hesitant unless they know you're trying to lose weight. Nill4me that is hilarious...love that you did them in the airport bathroom! You're my hero. Did my 65 looking out my livingroom window, but you inspired me to go outside and do mine tomorrow. I will be in the back yard, so maybe not so impressive...baby steps.

Love spinach on smoothies for sure! That is so funny about making the kids eat it...love it. Maybe I'll try the kale steamed or mixrd in with a salad.

Did my 55 after an hour walk this morning. I"ve never tried kale either and would like too. I know a lt of people put it in smoothies, but how do you guys prepare it?

Started the challenge at 171 lbs and today I'm at 165 lbs.

Sick yesterday and today, so no squats for me. I hope I will be feeling better tomorrow and can back at it. Happy squatting!

4 lb loss, but I did just start so mostly water weight I guess.

I did 2 sets of 20 squats along with lateralbarm raises. Be breakfast I had frosted mini wheats with unsweetened almond milk and a cup of black tea.

Told myself that I wouldn't weigh myself until 2 weeks in. I don't want to get discouraged.
