We made it to Sunday ladies! I'm so excited for everyone that has been sticking with it!!! Comment below if you were able to shed any weight this week! I was able to loose 1.5lbs this week which i am super happy about! Exspecially because my eating wasn't the greatest lol

My last weigh in was September 5th. I weighed 236.9. Today I was 235 even. I'm ok with 1.9 pounds in 9 days. I'm now down 10.6 pounds since I started 40 days ago. My new mini-goal is to be in the 220's by this time next month.0

I'm guessing that my time of the month caused me to retain more water than usual and will even out in the next few days, but even if it is only a 0.5 loss, I'm happy. This week was hard, I've never felt that leg intensity before this! Excited about next week0 -
