Hello beauties!! Just finished 90 squats!! Those were awesome I'm so proud of myself for being able to do then in one sitting!!! Seriously guys if I can do it with the amount of weight that's on my body you can do it!!! Keep pushing we are almost done!

I saw my legs today
Or rather, the legs I want to have. Was at the grocery store and passed a lady (in line at the bank counter) wearing running shorts. Very toned calves & thighs. I'm not there, and it may take a while, but that's what I want!
