Hey Ladies!! This week's squats are going to be super intense! I cant believe the challenge is almost over!!! I'm definitely happy we started it i'm loving the changes i'm seeing!! Let's work hard this week we are almost done! October 1st is around the corner! Comment below once you have finished your squats!!!:)

    Although I did not count I am beyond certain that this evening's Insanity workout covered my 80 squats. Yikes that was a tough one, I may actually be dead...

    I did my 80 yesterday. Or maybe 85, I'm not sure.

    I did 35 while making my lunch at work in the office.
    I did 15 (or maybe 20, not sure!) at Walmart in the fitness section with a 15 pound kettle bell.
    I did 30 at home after dinner.

    Doing all 75 in one spell on Sunday night was killer on my knees. I don't think I will do that again!
