I'm going to get on the cottage cheese as a morning snack, with added raisins and cinnamon. Will add fruit in too. I was also considering adding some protein to my breakfast smoothie, is this a good or bad idea?

Hi Heather I use this as a post swim/breaksfast smoothie 30g Oats 1 x banana 1 x kiwi 50g frozen blueberries 1 x tbsp low fat yoghurt 150ml semi skimmed milk comes in at 387 calories, fills me up after my pre-work swim!
