A quick search gave me this information: Almonds 162 calories per ounce. Also, dark chocolate is about 153 calories per ounce, but I'm not sure you want chocolate. So maybe, almond butter as well as peanut butter? Or an ounce or two just to snack on throughout the day?

In really tiny print on the bottom of their nutritional page it says: Sandwich nutrition values include 9 grain wheat bread, lettuce, onions, green peppers and cucumbers. Values do not include cheese unless noted. Maybe that's why? It seems one of the breads is already included in the sandwich menu.

That would be me too! I always thought I ate a LOT, but when I started plugging it into the food calculator, it wasn't half as much as I thought! I wouldn't know how to eat 2000 calories either on most days, without over stuffing myself or pulling out the chocolate..
