ive been logging and weighing for two weeks and got all excited at losing 2lb after the first week. ive been really good, eating clean as possible and stepped on the scale...boom up again... disappointed.

Thanks for your ideas, i need to get myself in the mind set that its not a DIET its changing habits, i just have to be careful with fats as i am on vey low fat diet due to gallstones which i am awaiting an op, recently had very bad bout and was in hospital on morphineand iv antibiotics for five days all after eating ham…

Does sparkling water help? watch for sodium levels tho, you be surprised! i didnt like water myself but started on flavoured sparkling, then moved to sparkling and then gradually onto still. perhaps a skuce of lemon or lime in there too?

I am managing to drink but havent seen any difference yet other than my visits to the ladies increasing, oh and a spot appeared on my face :-)

Yay, so pleased everyones enjoyed and got something out of this post :-) today i drank 2 litres and found that each time i got to the bottom of the glas (about 500ml) i needed a pee, too much water? who knows, again tomorrow :-) looking forward to lovely clear skin, no TOTM pains and masses of weight loss :-) xx

Ok so, i need to drink 3 litres a day, i really wouldnt be able to cope i struggle at 1. i feel an experiment coming on, here goes, from tomorrow, i am gonna try drink 2litres a day, as a compromise, will report findings to this post :-)

I have gallstones and am on a low fat diet , so i make sure i am no where near the fat goal, otherwise just as close as i can to the parameters

Please feel free to look at my food diary. i have been following 1200 diet as recommended by mfp for a week but was disappointed to see i put weight on! several ppl suggested i up the calories which i did today and i feel stuffed. i was having trouble taking in 1200 not sure what to do yhanks :-)
