Maybe split whatever you end up getting?

Yay, someone sensible.

Purple!

Aw man, you already got the 'hella'.

I wish that happened around here. Sales racks have 00 and 16s, both in Long. :(

Last year was a tight 8 (like, doing squats in freshly washed jeans so I could sit in them), now is a somewhat loose 2.

Extreme just means you are clearly on one side of the spectrum on an issue, that there is no gradient to your opinion. Being absolutely against fast food and integrating fast food into every meal are two extremes on the same spectrum.

I walk at 3 and run at 4. It's not impressive, but I'm worrying about becoming impressive after I finish Week 9. Don't be afraid to lower your speeds: the first time through the program is built to build up your endurance first. A co-worker was trying to speed walk at 4.5 and run at 6 when she hadn't run in years. Once she…

That's cool, but the idea of eating nothing but McDonald's for even one day makes me feel a bit ill. Good for her for having more tolerance than I! My boyfriend told me as a joke that the meat is from kangaroos; even though I know it's not true, it deters me from eating hamburgers there.

Knocked W7D2 out this morning! I noticed my left hamstring felt sore yesterday and was a little worried I wouldn't be able to run today, but I made it! It's crazy looking back when I started and comparing it to now. Thanks, Troy! Are you using a particular method to increase your speed or is it just coming along naturally?…

Haven't heard of too crazy of names, although people who name their kids after alcohol boggle my mind. Brandy, Margarita, Sherry... I don't understand.

Favourite Doctor is a toss up between Tom Baker, David Tennant, and Christopher Eccleston. Companions, Donna hands down. Amy is unbearable.

The "I'm a tough girl and I need to show it by putting down the guys around me constantly and being overbearing in general" act was stale before the end of episode 1 of series 5. At least Rose or Martha could be completely ignored most of the time. And yes, unfortunately, I have watched all of series 5 and 6. Fortunately,…

I always see those people that like to stand around and complain about what others are doing instead of focusing on themselves. Oh wait...

Rose and Martha are infinitely better than Amy. Although Donna surpasses them all by far.

Pretty much my thoughts on this. Thanks for proving my paranoia about people staring at the gym though, OP.

Ahhh UD delivers another win.

Haha, I did right after reading this thread.

I had a bit of trepidation again starting the 25 minute run today (W6D3), but I totally nailed it! I even took two phone calls and was able to have a conversation without messing up my breathing or panting. Double excited because I'm not straining myself as much: I've been doing this thing where I sing to the song that's…

Natalie Portman. Cute and intellectual, like me! :flowerforyou:

You're damn right I am.

I like Mrs Renfros Ghost Pepper or Habanero salsa and Blair's After Death hot sauce.

Equal in dislike.

I don't log cleaning; I like to underestimate my caloric burn to make sure I don't overcompensate in one direction or another.

I'm too shy to go to a gym, plus there aren't any terribly close to my house. I'm in a good groove at home where I just come home, do my workout, and am done. Going to the gym would not be as harmonious or as easy for me to get into.

And dangerous since the salmonella can creep inside the stuffing and may not be heated high enough to be killed. Moist and warm, it's a fantastic place for the bacterium to fester.

I am a nerd and I wear glasses.

A co-worker and his wife are doing it this Thursday; I'll be too busy running around doing errands for my mum.
