I've only seen snow once, and it was just a few years ago, on a geology field trip. It was really weird; I wasn't sure I could step on it without falling through it. We found a plastic sled and went down some hills with it, haha.

@Play_outside: How did you build up speed after you ran the 30 minutes? Weave in some intervals at higher speeds? I'm wondering how I can start working on my speed after I've worked up the endurance. Thanks!

Finished W3D1 yesterday; I screwed up and didn't hear the chick tell me to start walking, so I ran an extra minute. It was pretty cool, I eventually checked the time because I thought I had been running awhile and not that I was exhausted. Looking forward to tomorrow!
