for breakfast they say you can take a cup of oats and add a tablespoon of peanutbutter and some cinnamon and it makes a good healthy filling breakfast.

i never had Avocados before, and i really dont know how to use them, when i was at the grocery store i was gonna buy some, but i wasnt sure if they were healthy or not.
