If you do...I would suggest maybe a biggest loser competition. Start the prize at $10 and do weigh ins once a week. If someone gains weight, they have to add to the pot and whoever wins at the end gets the money. I see it help people a lot because no one wants to pay :smile: good luck! add me if you'd like to!

How much are you trying to lose? I looked through your profile (and pictures) and it seems as though you aren't far from your goal weight. i log it too. like another person said...sugar free gum is still about 5 cals a piece and if you only eat 1200 cals a day, it adds up. I have also heard that you burn the cals you ingest, by chewing it...but I personally would rather just log it and if i burn them off then i am under for the day. do i think not logging it…

There is so much you can do with eggs to keep them from becoming boring! But, there is always oatmeal, fruit, smoothie, yogurt, some sort of protein shake...it really depends on your "dietary needs"...

I had a great first week...with a little trouble on Saturday but I did take the kids to the park and ran around with them so I am hoping that I still show a loss this week! Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend!

Another user did point that out to me and made me re-think my goals. I am hard on myself and will typically give up which is a big part of why I have lost and gained the same 70 pounds over the past 8 years. I never thought of it that way. I guess setting a new goal once you reach your current one, is a really good way to do it.
